We’ll review any fee and the scope of your trip during your free initial consultation. Fees for custom itinerary work are due before planning begins and are non-refundable once work begins, subject to the signed agreement.

Cruise or hotel-only booking planning fee$0

Do you charge a planning fee?
A fee may apply for a custom day-by-day itinerary or complex group planning. The initial consultation is free, and any fee is discussed upfront.
Do you book flights?
Flight assistance is available when bundled into a broader trip package or cruise booking. Demelza primarily focuses on accommodations, cruises, rail, tours, and ground logistics.
How far ahead should I plan?
Six to twelve months is helpful for popular cruises, rail journeys, and international trips. Shorter timelines may be possible depending on availability.
What happens after I inquire?
Demelza will reach out to discuss your trip and may invite you to a discovery call or her secure client intake process.
